With our After Sales Service you always have the right contact person at hand!

In order to provide our customers with optimum support throughout the entire life cycle of our machine solutions, services relating to maintenance, spare parts, repairs and complaint management will in future be bundled within the new After Sales Group. It is allocated to the sales department in order to be able to guarantee customers perfect support through direct coordination between sales and service. In the future, the portfolio will be expanded by further services, about which we will of course keep you informed.

Maintenance and spare parts

Regular maintenance and inspection can reduce operating costs dramatically. We can offer maintenance of our machines over the entire service life and guarantee spare parts availability for many years. Our portfolio also includes an exclusive IFE Toolset for safe and smooth servicing of IFE machines. With the right tools on site, maintenance work can be carried out more efficiently!

Central contact for repairs

The extensive know-how of our engineers and decades of experience ensure optimum and trouble-free operation of our machines. Nevertheless, if repairs come up, an experienced installation team as well as a dense network of sales and service partners is able to provide help also at short notice. Fast response times are a matter of course.

Complaint management

Complaint costs of less than 1 % per year speak for IFE. However, if there is a complaint, our team determines exactly where the actual condition deviates from the target condition and ensures that the appropriate immediate measures are initiated. At the same time, the root cause analysis is started and the knowledge gained is permanently anchored in the production process. In such a situation close cooperation with our customers has highest priority for us.
