IFE waste screens are flat screen designs with an unbalanced shaft. The screen panels are arranged in cascades and their louver-like design allows for maximum screen openings, guaranteeing a nearly non-clogging operation. Divergating bars loosen the material and prevent covering of the screen decks.

IFE waste screen decks – well proven

This screen uses specially designed screen decks for the waste sector. The maximized screen openings, a unique design of the openings and the combination with divergating bars result in an almost non-clogging screening, loosened material and high feed rates. C&D, WEEE or municipal waste – a broad variety of decks allow for efficient screening. This screen prepares the material for downstream treatment utilizing the optimized vibratory movement.

IFE unbalanced shaft

The IFE unbalanced shaft is a well-established and reliable drive for circular motion vibrating screens. The working torque can amount to 19000 kgcm, depending on type required. With the use of Premium Roller bearings combined within an oil bath lubrication the result is a highly reliable machine with a bearing lifetime that allow up to 80.000 hours of operation between bearing change outs.
The speed of the unbalanced shaft can be controlled either with a V-belt or infinitely variable using a frequency converter, resulting in a variable adjustment of the amplitude.
