In order to be able to optimally support our customers over the entire service life of our machine solutions, the services relating to maintenance and spare parts service, repairs and complaint management will be bundled in the new After Sales group in the future. She is located in the sales department in order to be able to guarantee customers the perfect support through direct coordination between sales and service. In the future, the portfolio will be expanded to include additional services, about which we will of course inform you.

Maintenance and spare parts service

Regular maintenance and inspection can significantly reduce maintenance costs. We can offer the maintenance of our machines over the entire service life and guarantee long-term availability of spare parts. Our offer extends to the exclusive IFE toolbox for safe and smooth servicing of the IFE machines. With the right tool on site, maintenance work can be carried out efficiently!

Central contact for repairs

The extensive know-how of our engineers and decades of experience ensure optimal and trouble-free operation of our machines. However, should repairs need to be made, our well-rehearsed specialists and a dense network of sales and service partners enable short-term assistance. Fast reaction times are a matter of course.

Complaint management

The complaint costs of less than 1% per year speak for IFE. If necessary, our team determines exactly where the current situation deviates from the target situation and ensures that appropriate immediate measures are initiated. At the same time, the cause analysis is started and the knowledge gained is permanently anchored in the production process. A close exchange with our customers is particularly important to us.
