The frame segments of the VARIOframe are individually excited by the machine‘s basic vibration. This creates a relative motion that alternately tensions and relaxes the screen panels. The result: high acceleration, which virtually prevents the screen panels from clogging.

The dynamics of each individual segment, as well as those of the upper and lower decks, can be adjusted individually during operation. This results in higher screening quality - there is no need to compromise on either deck, the inlet, the outlet, etc. Thanks to its segmented frame structure, individually adjustable screen decks, and a wide range of add-ons, the VARIOframe can be precisely tailored to your process.
