Dewatering screen

Screening technology

for dewatering and removal of mud and sludge

These screens dewater material and sludge and produce bulk material which can be transported with standard means. They are also used to recover solid particles from liquids, muds or sludges. The robust screen frame is manufactured in either a welded or a bolted and glued design, depending on the application. The angle of vibratory agitation is optimized to reduce moisture of the solids to minimum values. The unit is supported by a screen deck inclination of +3° (rising). All screen decks available can be used.

Product highlights



Material feed with thickness of 200 mm and more at a screen size of 2400 x 6000 mm can achieve perfect dewatering results at final moisture contents of 12 % at the outlet. The material recovered can be transported to downstream equipment with standard conveyors. IFE dewatering screens are designed for high loads and are therefore built with a robust screen frame.

IFE exciter drives from our own production are manufactured using first-class components and feature maximized the lifetime of the bearings. Decades of experience in designing these screens results in optimized and adequate excitation and maximized efficiency. The screen can be accelerated up to 6g and still boast bearing lifetimes of 100.000 hours or more. IFE exciter drives are very reliable in harsh conditions.
