separation of hard, heavy or 3D materials
IFE Hard particle separator and Destoner are used to concentrate valuable substances as well as to separate tramp material. Solid, heavy figures fall down, whereas flat, light particles are transported upwards by vibratory forces.
Typical applications can be found in recycling, glass, C&D waste as well as in the compost industry.
IFE-Hard particle separators can be designed as complete separation stations. Such Plug-and-Play solutions reduce interfaces and can implement distributing vibratory feeders and chutes to achieve a total width of up to 6 meters, steel construction and control cubicle.
In combination with IFE screens further packages can be realized: IFE flip flop screens can be arranged upstream to remove fines. This can maximize the separation results furtheron.
Flexibility all over
A big variety of special designs is possible due to standardized components:
- sorting tables for the separation of rolling (e.g. cans) from flat particles
- the number of separation plates can be varied easily
- separation of very light material can be supported with air
- dustproof and tight designs are available
