IFE circular motion vibrating screens are used for screening granular bulk materials and are built in a robust, vibration-resistant design as single and multi-deck machines. The screen frame consists oft two side panels with bolted and glued cross beams and screen decks. It is driven by unbalanced shafts manufactured in-house or by an unbalanced motor. The IFE circular motion vibrating screen is perfectly suited for long-term and economical operation.
The IFE unbalanced shaft is a well-established and reliable drive for circular vibrating screens. The working torque can amount to 19000 kgcm, depending on type. Bearing lifetimes of up to 80.000 hours of operation can be achieved due to the optimized design of the first-class roller bearings and combined oil bath lubrication.
These shafts are highly reliable. The speed of the unbalanced shaft can be controlled either with a V-belt or infinitely variable using a frequency converter, resulting in a variable adjustment of the amplitude.

Many accessories are available for all IFE screens, such as sprinkler systems, vibration sensors, screen panel cleaning mechanism or additional wear plates. Decades of experience allow IFE to achieve best results for your applications.
