The chute consists of two magnetic plates being installed in a welded, kneelike housing, causing tramp iron to get in contact with two magnetic fields. This improves the separation dramatically. The two staged magnetic chute can be installed horizontally or vertically.
IFE pipe magnetic chutes are a proven separator for tramp iron in enclosed systems. Applications are amongst others the protection of crushers and grinders. The pipe magnetic chute can be implemented easily into feeding and discharging pipes and can be cleaned easily by means of individual swivel frames.
