Many materials compact (sediment) during long storage. Processing aggregates, however, require a steady feed. With IFE know-how you can dissolve material nodules, but also material bridges in bunkers.

Machine type 1: Vibrating machine with electronically adjustable vibration angle

Processing task: Loosening and conveying aluminum profiles

Vibrating machines with an electronically adjustable vibration angle have been tailored specially to the demands of the foundry industry. The combination of a shake-out grid and a feeder enables the machine to automatically switch between "material separation" and "material transport".

In an aluminum recycling plant IFE has demonstrated recently that this technology is also ideally suited for processing scrap briquettes. The vertical movement of the vibrating machine makes it possible to loosen the scrap metal, which can be carried off immediately after changing the vibration angle.
